Navigating Corporate Change

A large European corporation called to say that, in just a few weeks, it would be acquired by a U.S. institutional investor. As a result, their employees would no longer qualify for treaty investor visas.

Attorney Eric Fleischmann immediately assembled a list of all employees who would be affected by the change. He devised a strategy for helping them obtain new employment-based visas or status. With his quick work, he successfully helped the entire group maintain their work authorization following the change in ownership.
